Coleraine Borough Council visited the school early in term 1 to talk with the P7 children about Recycling. The school has since taken delivery of a paper bank to deal with the large volume of paper and card waste. The material is collected by Glassdon who recycle the paper into egg boxes and the card into more cardboard and boxes.

The school was again able to participate in the YELLOW PAGES recycling scheme, and this year the P7 children gathered together over 160 old directories for recycling. Thank you to all who assisted.

The school continues to be involved in recycling inkjet and toner cartridges. These may be left at the P7 classrooms.
